Dinner union in Torre del Delme restaurant from Vila-seca

The last 09th of August, Clos Barenys together with Torre del Delme restaurant from Vila-seca, realized a dinner union in the facilities of the above mentioned restaurant.
The dinner was composed of three plates and a dessert and during the same one, Alberto Punset, chef and maker of the presented plates, was the manager of commenting the elaboration of these. Immediately afterwards to give step to our oenologist, Pepa Menchón, who was explaining the singularieties of the wines Clos Barenys as like they were influencing the degustation of the gastronomy.

At the union there was present a whole of 48 retainers.

The offered Menu was the following one:
The firts plate: Scallop of tuna stuffed with muslin of sea crabs over a bed of oriental vegetables attacked in oil of sesame and soybean with reduction of Japanese vinegar.
United with Clos Barenys Merlot/Syrah 2005.

The second plate: Lasagne of fish and shellfish with sea crabs and gelatine of red shrimps.
United with Clos Barenys Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot Crianza 2002.

The third plate: Muslin of grilled potato with pipes refills of ox tail and hopeful vegetalbes
United with Clos Barenys Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot Reserva 2002.

Dessert: Crêpe refills of milk chocolate with black chocolate souce.
